In the morning of July 17, 2019, Liu Bo, Supervisor of Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm and Director of the Real Estate Financial Legal Affairs Department, joined the 2nd First General Assembly and the 2nd First Council and Board of Supervisors of the Shanghai Financial Information Industry Association.

Zheng Huiqiang, former Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, Vice President of Tongji University, and Chairman of Shanghai Modern Service Industry Federation, Liu Shanquan, Director of the Software and Information Service Division of the Shanghai Commission of Economy and Information Technology, and Li Hefu, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Shanghai Federation of Industrial Economy, and peers (a total of 120 people)  from Shanghai Software Association and Shanghai Financial Information Association attended the conference.

The representatives reviewed and passed the election rules, and elected 49 members as the second Board of Directors and 3 members as the second Board of Supervisors by a show of hands. Yingdong was honored to be elected as the supervisor of Shanghai Financial Information Industry Association.

Chairman Xing Bo issued letters of appointment to the new secretary-general and three supervisors. Liu Bo was appointed as the supervisor and read out the resolutions of the first general assembly, of the first meeting of the second Board of Directors, and of the first meeting of the second Board of Supervisors.

Yingdong will fulfill its role a supervisor, keep up with the pace of the Association, help regulate market behavior, safeguard legal rights and interests, continuously optimize service quality, promote innovation and sound development of the financial information industry, and ultimately contribute to Shanghai being a demonstration city of innovating modern service industry of this country.
