Proposed by the representatives of the lawyers’ congress, considering suggestions of the council, the chairman meeting, the business research committee and law firms, and benchmarking with professional committee settings of international, national and major regional bar associations, the Shanghai Bar Association expanded the number of business research committees of the association from 34 to 52 during the period from September 29 to November 3, 2019, and openly recruited commissioners from all individual members, to enhance overall service quality and competitiveness of the Shanghai legal industry, increase the level of practice and professionalism of lawyers in this city, and build up more law firm and lawyer brands. In the end, all 25 lawyers from Yingdong were elected to the 11th Business Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
