Jackie Wu has more than ten years of experience in the legal area. Her fields of focus include foreign capital market, cross-border acquisition transactions, private equity investment, foreign legal consulting and Out bound investment in specific industries including real estate, infrastructure, energy resources, environmental protection, medical health, FMCG and e-commerce.
Prior to joining Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm, she worked at Jintiancheng Law Firm, and had completed various merger and acquisition projects of several listed-companies, representing acquirer to conduct legal due diligence investigation over the target company, participating in project negotiations, providing legal advice, participating in formulating acquisition schemes and drafting relevant purchase documents. During career in Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm, she further focuses on foreign capital market, and has helped many companies, including home and abroad, complete transnational acquisition purchases.
She is currently focusing on “One Belt, One Road” Legal Projects. In 2016, she went to Uzbekistan for business cooperation. In 2017, she visited and set up strategic cooperation with several local law firms in Europe. In 2018, she attended the WLN international conference in America, and participated business negotiation on behalf of client in Pakistan. So far, she has already accomplished several legal projects for Chinese enterprises investing in “One Belt, One Road” countries, set up close cooperation with foreign law firms in 56 countries, providing legal service for Chinese enterprises investing overseas.

In charge of many companies’ merger and acquisition projects, represented the acquirer to conduct legal due diligence investigation over the target company, issued the legal due diligence reports, provided advice and solutions to the legal defects, drafted the transaction documents and supported the whole negotiation. A BVI company establishment between Shanghai listed real estate development company and an investment company to acquired 99% stocks indirectly in a real estate company in Shanghai by purchasing 100% stocks of its shareholder in Hong Kong;
A listed environment company’s acquisition of 50% stocks in a company focusing on waste incineration power generation and environmental garbage treatment in Dongguan;s A listed environment company’s acquisition of 25.3125% stocks in a company focusing on the urban sewage treatment and sludge disposal in Heilongjiang Province;
A healthcare company’s acquisition of 100% shares in an American company through its Hong Kong subsidiary company;
A Hong Kong company’s acquisition of 100% shares in a company focusing on the pitch storage service held by a Thailand company in China.

In charge of several trust/PE/VC projects, represented the clients to conduct legal due diligence investigation over the cooperating company, issue legal due diligence reports, provide legal advice, revise the transaction documents and offer legal opinions, etc. Recent Projects include:
An insurance company investment in agriculture of an investment holding group;
The real estate project between a Chinese trust company and a real estate company through establishing a joint venture company in Shanghai;
An investment company in a technology corporation in Beijing focusing on the development of CT technology and services, by increasing 10% stocks in it;
A Hong Kong company investment in a technology corporation in Shandon focusing on the production and sales of batteries used for solar energy storing;
PE company investment in a Shanghai Internet technology company focusing on event planning and mobile development by increasing its registered capital;
The redemption project for a Singapore PE company investing Bakery Chain Stores in Xiamen by increasing its registered capital in the Cayman Islands;

Winteam500 has formed “R&B Legal Affairs Center” in 2016. Jackie Wu is in charge of the non-litigation affairs, focusing on the R&B national legal service market, and has provided legal services for clients relevant to cross-board investments in various countries including Germany, Britain, Italy, Uzbekistan, Korea and Pakistan.
Visited Uzbekistan in 2016, establishing connection with Chinese Embassy to Uzbekistan, addressing speech about legal risk of China investment to the local chamber of commerce;
Held seminar with Uzbekistan law firms in 2016, providing legal advice for the amendment of the Lawyers Act and the National Procurement Act;
Visited European Countries in 2017, establishing strategic cooperation with European law firms, providing legal service for the Go Out Policy of Chinese enterprises with joint efforts;
