After having graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a major in International Economic Law, Lawyer Zhong Jianfeng is currently studying for a master degree in law in Fudan University. Lawyer Zhong Jianfeng is a member of Travel and Convention Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association.
Lawyer Zhong Jianfeng is a senior partner of Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm, and engaged as profession guide for East China University of Political Science and Law.
Since having practiced as a lawyer, Lawyer Zhong Jianfeng has acted aspermanent legal advisor of several multinational companies and large domestic funded enterprises involving in such business fields as foreign investment, tourism culture and real estate etc. The enterprises that he serves include but are not limited to Samsung Medison (Shanghai) Medical Instruments Co., Ltd., Beijing UTour International Travel Service Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch, China Travel Service Head Office (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., M. Moser Design and Architecture (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Huibao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Savills Property Services (Shanghai) Company Limited etc.. He has been responsible for legal affairs regarding the cancellation, liquidation and personnel placement for global 500 top companies for many times, and provided legal services for such projects as establishment, change or equity transfer of foreign funded enterprises.
