He is currently focusing on the Legal Projects of Fintech, Data compliance and Information Security. He provides legal services to many Financial Technology companies. He is good at designing Fintech product structure and constructing compliance system. He has participated in the verification of Small Loan Companies, Financing Guarantee Companies, Financial Leasing Companies, Commercial Factoring Companies, and Internet Finance companies by the regulatory departments for many times. He have participated in the Mergers and Acquisitions and acquisition projects of the NEEQ.
Prior to joining Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm, he worked in Suning Holding Group, one of the world's top 500 companies. He was mainly responsible for Suning.com, Suning Finance and other legal services. He has experiences in legal services for large commercial enterprises.
