Ying Wang has more than eight years of work and legal service experience in the field of business law, mainly engaged in the legal business of franchise industry. The consulting company she serves include hotels, catering, yuezi club, real estate, long-term rental apartments, e-commerce. She provides the consulting units with strategic planning of enterprise development, standardizing various legal systems, contracts and implementation standardization, acquistiton transactions, personnel management, equity incentive, intellectual property planning and dispute resolution and so on.
Prior to joining Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm, she has provided perennial legal consulting services for many quoted companies, state-owned enterprises, manufacturing companies and service sector companies, participated in corporate structure design and internal governance planning, and participated in merger project consultation on behalf of the acquirer and the acquiree. During career in Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm, she further focuses on legal business of franchise industry, and has helped many large chain enterprises to design the franchise standard system, assisted shareholders to improve the equity governance structure, and assisted in foreign merger projects. At the same time, She has accumulated certain litigation experience and participated in a series of internal equity and external commercial contract dispute resolution, providing customers with efficient and reliable legal strategic analysis and solutions to face the variety of changing environment.
She has provided daily legal services for Tansh Global food group (including domestic and Hong Kong listed companies), Atour Hotel, 99 Hotel, Gome's Maijia chain hotels and Taiwan Yiyuan's chain yuezi clubs. She has participated in business contract disputes of domestic companies under Taiwan Yiyuan, franchise contracts of Gome wholly-owned chain hotels, leasing contract disputes in franchise industry, etc. She has provided daily legal services for the establishment, development and operation of domestic famous hotels and negotiated the hotel management contract with Marriott Hotel on behalf of the business entrepreneur.
