Attorney Tang graduated from Shanghai University and served as the deputy director of Shanghai Longhua Law Firm.
• Representative performance
Since serving as the legal advisor of the Huaying Town People's Government since 2010, Mr. Tang has successfully hosted the litigation between the People's Government of Huajing Town and the People's Government of Zhenglu Town,and the Qingsong Villagers Committee, Changzhou City.
In 2013, on behalf of Shanghai Beiyang Industrial Co., Attorney Tang negotiated with Shanghai Xuhui District Land Reserve Center and Shanghai Xuhui Land Reserve Company about storage of the 466 Jiefang Block in Xuhui District (with a total amount of RMB 1.2 billion) .
In 2016, on behalf of Shanghai Beiyang Industrial Co., Attorney Tang hosted the negotiation of purching T3 Tower of Xuhui Vanke Center（The building was leased to Xiaomi Company as its East China region.）
In addition to providing debt disposal for numbers of enterprises, Tang has always focused on commercial disputes and has extensive experience in handling court proceedings in the southwestern part of Shanghai.
