Fan Mingkun is a Senior partner lawyer of Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm. Lawyer Fan Mingkun graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Laws in 2010. In 2010, he entered the Shanghai Yangpu District People's Court, served as the trial judge of the first court of the People's Court, and the executive judge of the Executive Bureau, and went to the Shanghai High Court and the First Intermediate Court to study in rotation.
